2. Services Provided

Hostingcone offers:

• Web hosting (shared, VPS, dedicated, or reseller)

• Domain registration and management

• Related add-on services (SSL certificates, email, etc.)

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services with notice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Hostingcone services.

• By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, and hosted content.

• You agree to promptly notify Hostingcone of any unauthorized use.

• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Hostingcone services to:

• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful code.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights.

• Host or distribute illegal content (including phishing, counterfeit goods, child exploitation).

• Launch DDoS attacks, port scanning, or similar malicious activities.

• Violate applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Resource Usage

• Shared hosting resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) are subject to fair usage policies.

• Excessive resource consumption impacting other users may result in account suspension, upgrade requirement, or service throttling.

7. Billing and Payments

• All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

• Services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

• Invoices not paid by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Refund Policy

• Shared hosting accounts include a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domains and third-party services).

• Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non-refundable.

9. Domain Registration

• Domain registrations are subject to ICANN rules and registry agreements.

• You must provide accurate registrant information. Failure to maintain accurate WHOIS data may result in suspension.

• Hostingcone is not liable for domain loss due to customer negligence (e.g., failing to renew).

10. Service Availability & Maintenance

• Hostingcone aims for high uptime and reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability; we strive to notify customers in advance.

• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or user misconfiguration.

11. Data & Backup

• Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

• Hostingcone may provide backup services but does not guarantee availability or completeness of backups.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hostingcone shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Data loss, lost profits, or business interruptions.

• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months for services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostingcone, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

• You may cancel services at any time through your client area.

• Hostingcone may suspend or terminate your services if you violate these Terms or AUP.

• Upon termination, all data may be deleted immediately.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of Hostingcone services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

16. Governing Law
