Refund Policy

At Hostingcone, we strive to provide reliable hosting and domain registration services that meet your needs. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Money-Back Guarantee

  • Shared Hosting Plans: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting plans. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding domain registration fees and any third-party services).

  • Other Services: VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and add-on services are not covered under the 30-day money-back guarantee.


2. Domain Registrations and Transfers

  • Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non-refundable. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, we cannot reverse the action or issue a refund.

  • If you purchased hosting with a free domain offer, the domain cost (standard retail price) will be deducted from any refund.


3. Renewals and Cancellations

  • Renewals of hosting services are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your service before the renewal date.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area or by contacting our Billing department.


4. Overpayments and Duplicate Payments

  • If you make an overpayment or duplicate payment, the extra amount will be credited to your Hostingcone account as account credit. Refunds to your original payment method may be requested by contacting Billing.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Hostingcone client area.

  2. Submit a support ticket under Billing Department.

  3. Provide your service details and the reason for your refund request.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.


6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your account was found in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, spam, illegal activity).

  • You request a refund after the money-back guarantee period has expired.
